We provide advice and representation at the County Courts for landlords and tenants.
We provide consultancy and advice to landlords in respect of the following:

Drafting tenancy agreements;

Serving notices to bring tenancies to an end;

Advice on obligations imposed by the tenancy agreement and Acts of Parliament;

Advice and/or representation in respect of rent arrears or possession proceedings (including the accelerated procedure for assured short hold tenancies); and

Defending disrepair and harassment claims.
We provide consultancy and advice to tenants in respect of the following:

Advice on possession proceedings under both tenancies and mortgages (including applications to set aside possession orders and warrants for eviction);

Advice and Court representation in respect of illegal eviction, harassment and anti-social behaviour cases;

Claims for compensation against local authority, housing associations and private landlords;

Application to Court if the property is in disrepair;

Advice with transfers, rehousing and homelessness issues;

Lodging complaints on behalf of a tenant to the relevant Ombudsman.; and
-
Advice and consultancy with succession issues/transferring a tenancy on a relative’s death.
